This policy explains what personal data DUAL LABS SAS processes when you visit duallabs.org or write to us, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
The data controller is DUAL LABS SAS, a company incorporated in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, RUT 221074290016, with registered address at Bv. Gral. Artigas 2260, apto. 507, CP 11600, Montevideo, Uruguay. Dual Labs is a product studio that designs, builds and operates its own software, including the ATHRIX platform. 2. Scope
This policy covers this corporate website only. Each product we operate has its own privacy policy, which governs the data entered into it. ATHRIX data is governed by the ATHRIX Privacy Policy (in Spanish).
3. What data we process
This website has no forms, requires no sign-up and uses no cookies of any kind.
- Technical browsing data: when serving each page, our infrastructure logs data such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the date and time. We use it only to keep the website available and secure, and to diagnose errors.
- Emails you send us: if you write to us, we process your address, your name and whatever you tell us, solely to reply and follow up on your enquiry.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and the data in your emails on the basis of the consent you give by writing to us, in accordance with Uruguayan Law No. 18,331 on Personal Data Protection and its regulatory Decree No. 414/009.
5. Providers and international transfers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes technical browsing data as a data processor. Where data is processed in countries without a declared adequate level of protection, the transfer relies on the contractual safeguards offered by the provider, in accordance with article 23 of Law 18,331.
6. Retention
Technical logs are kept for a short period, measured in days, and deleted automatically. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and a reasonable time afterwards to follow up on the relationship, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, inclusion and deletion at any time by writing to hola@duallabs.org. We reply within 5 business days at most, as set out in articles 14 and 15 of Law 18,331.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may file a complaint with Uruguay's Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP).
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
