These terms govern the use of duallabs.org, the corporate website of DUAL LABS SAS. By browsing it, you accept them.

1. The company

DUAL LABS SAS is a simplified joint-stock company (sociedad por acciones simplificada) incorporated in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, RUT 221074290016, with registered address at Bv. Gral. Artigas 2260, apto. 507, CP 11600, Montevideo, Uruguay. We design, develop and operate our own software products. Contact: hola@duallabs.org.

2. Purpose of the website

This website is informational: it presents the company and its products. No services are sold and no contracts are entered into through it.

3. Our products

Each Dual Labs product has its own terms and conditions, which govern its use. ATHRIX is governed by the ATHRIX Terms and Conditions (in Spanish). Anything this website says about a product is a general description and does not modify those terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Dual Labs and ATHRIX trademarks, logos, design, code and content of this website belong to DUAL LABS SAS and are protected by Uruguayan and international intellectual property law. They may not be reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage it, overload it or affect its availability, nor to attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Third-party links

The website may include links to third-party sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their practices.

7. Liability

We strive to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but the website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, DUAL LABS SAS is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or from interruptions in its availability.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Montevideo.
